Why I Started my Photography Business.

My name is Nikolette Cancellara. I've always lived a life of passion, dedication, fun, creativity.. Photography was something that came natural to me.

(It might have helped that my Mother and Grandfather both had a thing for it too.) But it's one of those things that you don't think too much about but you enjoy doing. I know everyone has one of those things (Talents I should say). I focused on my other talents, getting a job, paying bills you know, the responsible way of doing things. I was working for someone else. Getting by.. Until Aria came..

She is my soon-to-be 1 year old daughter. The moment she was born not only did I have this burning desire to photograph every second of her precious life, but I knew I could't go back to giving the majority of my week to an employer.I picked up my camera and have come a long way in 1 year. I love capturing unforgettable moments of my daughter as she grows, and helping others preserve theirs! I started out with family portraits, newborns, graduations, parties.. but as I started to photograph weddings I fell in love! I knew I was meant to be a Wedding Photographer. My little girl inspired me to do something I love and spend more time watching her grow. This business is not just a business to me. It's a way of living, its my passion, and I owe it to Aria.
